Can I change the language?
We support English, French, German & Spanish languages.
Go to top of the left corner and use the drop down to select your language.
Why don't I see prices?
You have to login into your wholesale account OR register to see any wholesale prices and new collection products.
Where can I login?
I forgot my password
Please go to login page and select the link 'Forgot your password?'.
Second step you enter your email and a password reset email will be sent to you.
How do I register for a wholesale account?
You need to click this link to register for an account. Once your account has been verified you will be sent an invite email where you set your password.

Are the wholesale prices with or without VAT?
Our wholesale prices do not include any VAT and in most scenarios within the EU we wouldn't include VAT on top of wholesale prices.
When I submit a 'Draft order' do I need to make a payment?
No. A payment is made only after we review your order and add any shipping costs or applicable taxes. We will then send you an invoice which needs to be paid.
I'm ordering outside of EU, do I pay taxes?
This is dictated by your customs in your country at the port of entry. Most countries outside of the EU will need to pay customs duty tax.
I'm ordering from the UK will I need to pay import taxes?
Yes. Since leaving the European Union the UK customs will charge import tax on all items.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do. We can handle and deliver to most parts of the world however see Stockist page for contacts in Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
