To make sure you get the best service and ensure the safety of your package, we are using UPS for our European and worldwide shipping.

Your international order is picked up ánd delivered by UPS without any ‘in-between’ companies. Express delivery optional.

Orders from Spain and Portugal are shipped with MRW and delivered to anywhere on the Iberian peninsula within 24 after leaving our warehouse.
This is usually the same day, depending the weekend.

In any case, we will inform you through e-mail on any delays and we provide you with a tracking number to follow your parcel on-line.

* Custom Import duties outside of EU are the sole responsibility of the customer. Since custom import duties vary from country to country there is no physical way for us to calculate this on your behalf. Any returns due to custom import duties will be processed but the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
